About Andy
As an Associate at Strength Capital, Andy focuses primarily on deal due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and project work.
Prior to joining Strength Capital, Andy was a Senior Associate at ArkMalibu, a middle-market investment bank, where he led ~$500 million in closed M&A transactions across sectors such as business services, software, industrial distribution, and manufacturing.
Earlier in his career, Andy worked at Refinery Ventures, evaluating early-stage investment opportunities, and at JPMorgan Chase, supporting predictive analytics and industry research efforts.
Andy earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, majoring in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He was Managing Director of RedHawk Ventures, placed 3rd in the national Venture Capital Investment Competition, and was named to Cincy Inno’s 25 Under 25 list.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys watching (talking through) movies with his wife, Chandler, and is always looking for recommendations of the best (and worst) movies you've ever seen. Andy is also an active board member of Salvation Army's Echelon Cincinnati and enjoys disc golf, stand-up comedy, and cooking remarkably tolerable meals.
