About Jeff

As a Principal at Strength Capital, Jeff runs Business Development with an emphasis on sourcing investment opportunities and capital raising.

Prior to joining Strength Capital, Jeff was Director of Investor Relations at Ram Realty Advisors, a real estate private equity fund manager. While at Ram, he also held roles in portfolio management, asset management, and acquisitions.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and received his Masters of Science in Real Estate degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Jeff and his wife Jeanne live in Jupiter, FL. They have two daughters, who also attended the University of Florida, and two feisty Jack Russell Terrors (not a typo).

Jeff follows the capital markets and is interested in all forms of investing but fixed income doesn’t excite him.

As an avid golfer living in the golf capital of the world, Jeff not only enjoys playing but also the challenge of the never-ending quest for improvement. The solitude of working on his game is therapeutic for him.

He works out occasionally, not because he enjoys it, but because it’s good for him. He is in reasonably decent shape, considering.

Growing up in the Detroit area, Jeff became a diehard Lions fan. He also roots for Spartan and Gator football and basketball. He can be described as a fair-weather Pistons fan, although he attended the game when the Pistons set the all-time mark for consecutive losses. An elite fantasy football manager, Jeff has won numerous championships. 

Jeff is a pinball enthusiast who enjoys both playing and expanding his pinball collection. His wife remains hopeful that he does not start attending pinball industry trade shows or competing.
