About Jordan

As Director of Corporate Development at ESP, a Strength Capital portfolio company, Jordan helps shape and execute the organization’s M&A strategy. He leads key workstreams across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution.

Prior to joining ESP, Jordan served as Senior Vice President of Transaction Advisory at Palm Tree, advising private equity clients and independent sponsors across a variety of industries. His work focused on financial due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and complex carve-out transactions. Before Palm Tree, Jordan worked in transaction advisory at Doeren Mayhew and began his career in external audit at Deloitte. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan.

Jordan earned his B.S. and MAS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, graduating with high honors.

Jordan lives in the Detroit area with his wife and their three young children. Originally from Chicago, he remains loyal to the Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs—though his wife made Detroit fandom a non-negotiable term of marriage, particularly when it comes to the Red Wings and Lions. Outside of work, he enjoys reading non-fiction, practicing jiu jitsu (pre-kids), and taking family trips.
