Truesdell Corporation Announces the Acquisition of Beck-Reit and Sons, Ltd

Tempe, AZ – March 31, 2026 – Truesdell Corporation ("Truesdell"), a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners, LLC ("SCP"), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Beck-Reit and Sons, Ltd ("Beck-Reit"), a Texas-based civil construction and infrastructure maintenance firm.

Founded by Russell Becker in 1999 and headquartered in Austin, TX, Beck-Reit has built a 27-year reputation for delivering safe, timely, and high-quality civil construction services to local, state, and federal government agencies throughout Texas. The company specializes in bridge maintenance and construction, channel restoration, concrete structures, erosion control systems, and civil maintenance work.

This acquisition marks Truesdell's entry into the Texas market and strengthens its national footprint in critical infrastructure services.
